Webcam Covers & Mobile Accessories

As our webcam covers and mobile phone accessories are produced to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of receipt (or expected delivery date) and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Damaged or defective items. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue when you get in touch — this helps us resolve things as quickly as possible.


Made to Order Items

Because all our apparel and printed products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of receipt (or expected delivery date) and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to Make a Return

Contact us first

Email hello@blackwidowsecurity.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo where possible. Do not send items back without hearing from us first.

We'll assess your claim

We'll review your query and get back to you within one business day. If your item is confirmed faulty, damaged, or lost, we'll confirm next steps.

Replacement or refund

We'll arrange a replacement or process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days — whichever you prefer.


What We Cannot Accept

The following items are not eligible for return or refund, except in the case of a fault or error on our part:

Items returned after the 14-day window. Items that have been used, opened (where packaging integrity matters), or are not in their original condition. Apparel and made-to-order items returned due to sizing or change of mind.

Your statutory rights as a UK consumer are not affected by this policy. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
