UK Delivery
All orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched within 1–3 business days from our UK base. Delivery typically takes a further 3–5 business days.

EU Delivery
We ship across the European Union. Delivery times are estimated at 5–8 business days from dispatch. Please note that orders may be subject to customs checks, which can occasionally extend delivery times.

Made to Order
Some items in our range — including apparel — are produced on demand by our fulfilment partner. These items are printed and dispatched separately from other products in your order.
Please allow an additional 2–5 business days for production before dispatch. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation when your print-on-demand items are on their way.
If you order both a webcam cover and an apparel item, they may arrive in separate parcels — this is normal and not a sign that part of your order is missing.
Multiple Parcels
Some orders may be shipped in more than one parcel. If your order contains items fulfilled from different locations or by different partners, you may receive more than one package, potentially on different days.
This is completely normal. If you are expecting multiple items and only part of your order has arrived, please allow a little more time before getting in touch.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If you're still concerned, contact us and we'll investigate right away.
We ask that you allow 5 extra business days beyond the estimated delivery window before raising a missing parcel query, as international shipments can occasionally be delayed by customs without notice.
